As the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to remind you of the steps we are taking to limit the spread of the virus, as well as of the many ways you can continue to have access to your accounts.
Your deposits are safe
People’s Credit Union has capital reserves that exceed the NCUA’s “well capitalized levels” and as a federally insured credit union, all deposits are protected to the maximum allowable levels by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.

We have moved as many of our employees as possible into remote work arrangements, where they can continue to serve you from the safety of their homes. And we’ve been making key changes to our internal policies, benefits and employee support programs to make this situation easier on our staff and their families. It is a core value that we take care of the people that, in turn, take care of you.
Drive-up Service
While our lobbies are closed, our drive-up windows remain open and available to service your transactions. We continue to follow best practices and clean the accessible equipment between transactions.
Self-Service Options
- Using online banking or the People’s Credit Union myMobile mobile app (a free download from Google Play or the App Store), you can check balances, view transactions make payments, transfer money and pay bills.
- You can also deposit checks using our app on your mobile device or tablet.

- Online personal account opening, mortgage/consumer loan applications, as well as loan payment options can also be found on our website.

Safe Deposit Boxes
If you would like to access your safe deposit box, please simply call the branch to schedule an appointment and they will be ready to provide you access when you arrive.
Loan Closings
We continue to take applications for and close consumer and mortgage loans. To contact a mortgage loan officer visit our website. Consumer loans can be closed right at the drive-up window. Home equity and mortgage loan closings will be scheduled in advance.
