Head of Digital Delivery and Deposit Services Honored for Exceptional Contributions in Payments
People’s Credit Union today announced that Tiffany Costa, Head of Digital Delivery and Deposit Services, has been chosen by the New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) as the 2024 Rising Star. The Rising Star Award, presented annually, recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the innovation, excellence, implementation, or promotion of electronic payments.
“We are on the forefront of the digital payments space thanks to Tiffany. She welcomes new payment rails and executes the onboarding of these modalities with judgement, an open mind, and a judicious focus on fraud,” said Erine Lewis, Head of Risk Management at People’s Credit Union. “It is, in part, because of her leadership and guidance that People’s Credit Union is able to adopt and embrace new products and services for our members.”
Costa is being recognized for her dedication to advancing the institution’s payment operations. With the support of her team, she recently instituted a suite of cash management products including positive pay and RDC, is currently working on a project to setup infrastructure to support business ACH origination and has helped People’s Credit Union introduce receive-only RTP®, with an eye on incorporating send functionality in the next year.
“The NEACH Rising Star Award singles out those payments leaders who not only embody the spirit of their institutions but of the entire industry,” said Sean Carter, AAP, APRP, President and CEO, NEACH. “Tiffany brings a dedication to her role that will help People’s Credit Union continue to exceed their members’ expectations. We’re pleased to honor her work this year.”
