Beware of Shopping Scams and Porch Pirates

Online scammers frequently create false websites or pose as legitimate businesses in an effort to obtain your personal information or money. To appear genuine, they might even mimic the logo of an actual organization and run phony advertisements on websites or social media. But then they take your money and don’t provide what you ordered.
