Lock in Your Rate for Free!

The mortgage application process can take several weeks to complete. When interest rates are on the rise, that could mean a higher rate at the time of your closing. We offer you the opportunity to lock in your rate when you apply or at any point during the approval process, at no charge. Your rate is guaranteed for sixty days. If the rate decreases between the date you lock your rate and your closing, you can purchase the lower rate for $500. This fee may be applied to closing costs.

Payments Made Easy

We service our own mortgages which allows you to send your payment to the Credit Union or bring it to your nearest branch, whichever is easier for you. For your convenience, your monthly mortgage payment can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
