Branch Manager
There is currently an opening for a Branch Manager within our retail network. Branch Managers are assigned to specific branch locations based on various factors including business need, strategic goals, branch demographics, individual skills and professional experience and may be relocated if needed. The Branch Manager manages the activities and staff of a branch office, ensuring compliance to all policies, procedures and regulations. Primary accountabilities of the position include achieving established member service level standards, branch deposit base growth objectives, branch sales goals, branch profitability measurements and ensuring secure branch operations are maintained. The Branch Manager is also directly accountable for hiring, developing and retaining a highly motivated, well trained staff; providing coaching, counseling and performance evaluations for staff members.
This position requires a strategic professional to lead the staff and support our members through the continued growth and development of our business, with a strong commitment to the local community. This position reports directly to the VP Sales and Service. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years management experience in a direct customer contact environment (sales/service/retail/financial); preferably a BA degree or equivalent in experience and education; the ability to multi-task, strong organizational and communication skills.
Member Service Representative
Assist members in establishing and maintaining account relationships in a professional and courteous manner. Interview loan applicants, explain loan options, rates and terms and issue approved loans, respond to routine member requests, questions, problems, or complaints. Cross-sell all products and services offered by the Credit Union to achieve branch goals. Requires one year of customer service experience, one year of teller experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Saturday rotation required to meet member needs.
Head Teller
Primary accountabilities include: coordinating the daily activities of the teller staff to ensure efficient branch operations (for example, member service, window assignments, break scheduling, etc.); providing guidance to tellers with complex member transactions and balancing daily settlements; maintaining full vault operations including placing and verifying cash orders, ensuring vault security and balancing vault cash on a daily basis; and overseeing ATM operations. High school diploma or equivalent, two years experience in a teller or member service representative position, working knowledge of branch operations, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Tellers
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our branch team. If you display a positive, professional attitude, enjoy working with people, have previous customer service or retail experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow, we want to hear from you! Both full and part-time positions are available. All teller positions require a Saturday schedule rotation which may vary to meet staffing and member service needs.
Mortgage Originator
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, driven sales professional with a track record of success to join our team of Mortgage Originators. The successful candidate will have strong business development and networking skills and share our commitment to the community.
We are looking for an individual to build our business in the West Bay area by forging relationships with Realtors, Builders and Developers, as well as representing People’s Credit Union in the community.
