    Criteria to Earn High Rate of Interest

• Have 12 posted point of sale transactions with ATM/Debit card per
  "qualification cycle"^
  
• Direct Deposit or monthly ACH auto debit
• All ATM surcharges rebated at month-end***

* Balances above $100,000 earn interest at a lower rate
** Electronic statements when available
***Rebate not to exceed $25 per statement cycle

^ "Qualification cycle" defined as the period of time beginning one day prior to the current statement through one day prior to the close of the current statement.
