Board of Directors & Supervisory Committee

People's Credit Union’s Board of Directors consists of ten members, all of whom are members of our credit union. Each member may serve a regular term of office for a period of three years. The Board of Directors meets once a month to discuss the general direction and control the affairs of the Credit Union.

The Supervisory Committee makes sure an annual audit is conducted. And works directly with the auditors. They assure that findings of an annual audit is conducted and discussed by the Board of Directors and appropriate changes are implemented.
